Still working on getting out of here, but it looks like it’ll be a little while. Good to be away from the packed train stations and airports. At least things are starting to move. I’m getting emails from friends that are slowly getting to their destinations in Europe.
Out here away from the cities, life is nice and slow. My morning routine is to grab tortilla espanola and coffee at a cafe in old town over the morning paper. After that it’s usually down to hang out around the church and old medieval streets. Actually, that’s more or less what I do all day. And the hotel is great: its a old building with stone walls and wood floors, and my window opens up over the back garden.
Off to the market to haggle me some oranges.
